Write to support@insatomo.app. We read every message and answer as soon as we can. It helps to say which phone or tablet you use and what you were doing when something went wrong.

Getting started

• Your Household. Install Insatomo on your phone, create an account, and create your Household. You are its Owner.
• Your family. Invite the others from Household settings with an Invite Code. A young child needs no account: add them as a Managed Member, and they use the shared tablet.
• The shared tablet. Install Insatomo on an Android tablet, create a Pairing Code on your phone, and enter it on the tablet. You choose what the tablet shows and what anyone standing at it may do, and can guard actions with a PIN.

Privacy and your data

Questions about your data go to privacy@insatomo.app. The privacy policy says what Insatomo keeps and who receives it, andDelete my data says how to have it deleted.
